This tour is wonderful-the sunrise was stunning, following by a trip to a lava field and then a visit to the hot springs. Surya took us finally to a lovely coffee plantation which rounded off a truly memorable trip. Highly recommended!!

  Awesome experience  - This was such a great experience and was truly a highlight of our trip. Mertha, our driver was really good. He communicated before hand on what time he would be... read more picking us up. The entire time we were with him he was telling us about Balinese culture and traditions. On our way up to the mountain he made a special stop so my husband and I could get coffee. Although we started this excursion at 2am it was so well worth it. The experience of going up the mountain and being will so many other people who also want to witness the sunrise was amazing. Although Mertha, was our driver to the drop off spot, the driver that took us up the mountain and around to see the lava rocks was just as awesome. My word of advice is to wear layers of clothing because it is cold going up the mountain, but they do offer jackets and blankets for rent. So after the cool start to the morning, you are able to then warm up at the hot springs. We also visited a coffee plantation where we learned about the different coffees and were able to try 14 different coffees and several varieties of chocolates. I highly recommend this tour.

  Amazing experience - We booked this late in tje afternoon on the 28th May for a early Start on the 29th.

Instantly I received a response and at 17:00 we were... read more told to be ready at 03:00 to be picked up by a driver. The driver arrived at 02:30 and text me, he was very polite and patient with us. We then got a jeep to the top for a sunrise view.

We got there at 05:00, sunrise was at 06:15/30 so we had a small wait. But, we were given food, tea, coffee, whatever we wanted to keep us warm and fed. The driver was excellent and took loads of photos of me and my partner whenever we wanted them!

Then we headed to the black rocks (volcanic) bit. Although we have seen these before in various other countries, so we wernt as interested, they are cool to take photos with! Some amazing views!

Then we headed to a coffee plantation, this was free to enter, we learnt all about the local coffees and got to sample 10 different teas and coffees.

Finally we headed to the ATV, myself and my partner were alone there with a "leader" (staff driver) so we had a amazing experience. We got to circle a lot of the courses and keep going until we got bored, there was no time limit and the guide was very friendly! We didn't bring our phones but the guide took loads of us and sent them to us! The course was really fun!

Finally we got dropped back off at our hotel.

Start at 02:00 - finish at 13:30.

Very good experience.

I should mention that the ATV place was a bit unorganised! But that was a female (don't know her name) who was running the show! She sorted all 3 groups out promptly and made the experience much better!
